Welcome to Better Hemp. These Terms of Use & Purchase Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products offered through it.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

Better Hemp products are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years old
All information provided is accurate
You are legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to verify age and cancel orders if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Federal Hemp Compliance

All products sold by Better Hemp are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis in accordance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”).

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from independent laboratories are available for review.

We do not sell marijuana products.

3. Regulatory Disclaimer

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.

4. Assumption of Risk & Product Use

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge:

Hemp-derived products may affect individuals differently
You assume full responsibility for proper use
You will consult a licensed healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical supervision

Better Hemp shall not be responsible for misuse.

5. State & Local Law Compliance

Hemp laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws before placing an order.

We reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain states or jurisdictions at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Fulfillment

Certain products may be fulfilled by authorized third-party partners.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external fulfillment providers.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Refuse or cancel orders
Limit quantities

Fraudulent transactions and chargebacks may be disputed using shipment confirmation, IP verification, and age-verification data.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Hemp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better Hemp from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of products or violation of these Terms.
