Refund & Return Policy

At Better Hemp, we are committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of hemp-derived consumable products, the following policy applies to all purchases.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to safety and regulatory considerations, ingestible and consumable products are generally non-returnable.

We may, at our discretion, offer replacements or store credit under the following circumstances:

  • Product received damaged
  • Product received incorrect
  • Product defective upon arrival

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at hello@betterhemp.co within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number
    • Clear photos of product and packaging
    • Description of the issue

Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • Store credit

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened consumables
  • Used products
  • Products purchased on sale or promotion
  • Gift cards

For hygiene and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returned ingestible goods.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, IP verification, and order records.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Limitation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
  • Limit or deny service to customers exhibiting refund abuse
  • Modify this policy at any time
