Better Hemp is committed to processing and shipping orders efficiently and in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via reputable national carriers.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Better Hemp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We ship only within the United States.
Customers are responsible for ensuring hemp-derived products are permitted in their state or jurisdiction prior to placing an order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders to locations where products may be restricted.
4. Age Verification
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to implement additional age verification procedures.
Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders.
5. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
Once marked as delivered by the carrier, Better Hemp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is lost in transit, customers must contact the carrier directly.
We may assist in filing claims at our discretion.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once an order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.
8. International Orders
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
